This means that you can drop a 120mm hub into an oversized/overwidth frame. Add two 3mm spacers and you hub becomes a 126mm, add two more 2mm spacers and it its a 130mm. You will need to check how much naked axle you have available, to ensure you have enougth space on your axle for the axle nuts.
