The shirt says it all....

Specially designed with a non-unique "four-hole" design...

...This shirt features four custom crafted sytherical holes, all of which are reinforced with a special fibre composite gusset (refered to as a "seam" in the gnarly shirt trade). One hole goes around the waist, the second around your neck (custom spec'd so you can also breath whist wearing this garment). The next two holes are expertly located opposite each other and allow you to reach your handlebars when cycling.

Sizing is slightly generous, so if you are unsure, go down a size.
